The session will explore UR³, Ukraine’s government-led recovery framework, which aims to transform the Recovery Principles into an operational, transparent, and scalable system. UR³ is designed to mobilise public and private capital, manage risk, and deliver measurable results across priority recovery and reconstruction programs.

Special focus will be placed on Poland’s role as a key partner and regional hub for Ukraine’s recovery, in the context of the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 and Poland’s growing institutional and business engagement. As Ukraine’s closest economic neighbour and a major EU economy, Poland plays a critical role in connecting Ukrainian recovery priorities with European capital, expertise, and supply chains.
